Based in the heart of Utrecht, we are looking for a social media and webshop specialist to
increase and professionalize our online presence. If social media, content creation, online marketing, e-commerce, copywriting and creative campaigns make your heart beat faster, then we are looking for you.
You will work together with our Creative Lead and Sales Manager to redesign and develop our social media strategy and web shops, so you will be involved in the entire process.


  • Devise, organize, and optimize social media content, create and implement strategic plans in collaboration with the team.

  • Manage multiple social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) creating a content strategy and translating it into a clear content calendar.

  • Enhance consumer and business websites (Shopify and App4Sales) for increased turnover, ensuring excellent product descriptions and user experience.

  • Craft compelling posts and stories, effectively narrating the story of Bitten and our products through storytelling.

  • Develop growth strategies for each channel, proactively engaging with our audience and identifying opportunities for interactions.

  • Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, taking initiatives to boost reach and engagement.

  • Organize competitions, explore collaborations with other brands, and create engaging content quizzes.

  • Contribute to inspiring newsletters and mailings, excelling in written communication for captions and internal blogs.



  • Experience in social media marketing, staying informed on industry developments.

  • Proficient in SEO, SEA, Shopify, Google Analytics, App4Sales and Brevo.

  • Organized with the ability to create tight schedules and content calendars.

  • Passion for communication, staying abreast of trends and developments.

  • Ability to apply the unique Bitten tone of voice in all marketing communications.

  • Independent, solution-oriented, forward-thinking, and creative.

  • Excellent Dutch and English language and grammar skills.

  • A storyteller who understands community preferences and surprises them.

  • Affinity with our products, positive, easy to work with, and full of ideas. What We Offer:
